Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, bioinformatics, data science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years analytics experience in clinical research with leadership.
• Advanced skills in R/Python and data mining techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design analytics work products.
• Lead design principles to ensure consistent analytics and optimized UX.
• Develop prototypes, test methods, and ML/AI-based solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights to support clinical development.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Assess progress of clinical trials and discuss emerging risks with stakeholders.
• Apply ML techniques to validate hypotheses and predict behavior.
