Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a senior analytics partner to drive data-informed decisions across consumer product experiences. You will own experimentation, analytics, and data to deliver insights shaping the product roadmap and business strategy.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and partner data teams to align objectives and enable scalable data solutions. You will champion AI-enabled reporting and maintain high data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS in computer science, statistics, mathematics, operations research, or related fields; 5+ years of data science, ML, or applied statistics experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, and Amplitude for product analytics and experimentation.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Streamlit, Claude/MCP, Windsurf) and building self-service reporting.
• Ability to create ETL pipelines using dbt and Airflow.
• Strong communication skills to translate analytics into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own experimentation, analytics, and data interpretation to drive product roadmap decisions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and data teams to align with business objectives.
• Lead multivariate testing design and synthesize results into actionable recommendations.
• Define success metrics for strategic initiatives and deliver high-quality data insights.
• Develop self-service AI-enabled reporting tools for cross-functional teams.
• Improve data tracking and quality, and perform deep dives on product performance.
• Surface insights into how visual content and media quality affect engagement and monetization.
