Realtor.com in Austin, TX is seeking a senior analytics professional to own the full measurement framework for live product lines, delivering KPI dashboards and instrumentation to drive business impact.

You will perform deep-dive analyses with A/B tests, statistical modeling, and ML techniques, forecast opportunities, and partner with Product and Sales to shape commercial decisions and improve funnel performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Math, Economics, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience
• Experience using data to analyze product feature performance is preferred
• Advanced knowledge in SQL
• Experience with data exploration and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Shiny, Streamlit, etc.
• Experience with cloud-based data environments such as AWS and Snowflake
• Advanced technical and modeling skills including Excel or Google Sheet skills and data analytics
• Understanding of experimentation and statistics concepts (confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, regression)
• Ability to think strategically and interpret product performance drivers
• Strong curiosity, analytical horsepower, and communication/presentation skills
• Comfort in an agile, iterative environment
• Self-motivated and organized with time management skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end measurement framework for live product lines: KPIs, dashboards, instrumentation
• Perform deep-dive analyses using A/B, statistical modeling, and ML techniques to understand product performance
• Forecast and size opportunities to guide product enrichment and funnel improvements
• Collaborate with Product and data teams to improve data architecture, visualization, modeling, and testing platforms
• Build trust and advocate for analytics adoption across Seller-related products and Amplitude implementation
• Identify actions to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) for seller-focused products
• Partner with other analytics teams to share best practices
• Create analyses from Analytic Plan through End-of-Analysis summaries
