Realtor.com is seeking a strategic Senior Vice President, Data & Analytics to lead our centralized Data & Analytics function, including Analytics, Data Science, and Data Engineering. You will balance technical execution with strategic enablement, owning end-to-end data architecture, governance, experimentation, and data commercialization to drive growth.

As a member of the senior leadership team, you will partner with product, sales, and GTM to align pricing models, lead analytics, and deploy

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data leadership, AI, analytics, pricing, and revenue analytics, with 5+ years leading exec-level teams.
• Cloud, data warehouse architectures, and big data processing (Spark, Scala, Python, SQL; Hadoop ecosystem).
• Experience applying advanced analytics, ML, and experimentation in large-scale digital platforms.
• Strong pricing and revenue analytics foundation; strategic enablement and cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end data strategy, engineering roadmap, and scalable enterprise data architecture.
• Oversee data engineering, governance, privacy, and compliance across data assets.
• Lead Data Science, BI, and Experimentation teams; deliver analytics insights and recommendations.
• Drive enterprise pricing strategy and revenue management; lead lead intelligence and routing optimization.
• Partner with product, sales, and GTM teams to align pricing models with market opportunities.
