Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Vice President, Data & Analytics to lead its centralized Data & Analytics function. You will own end-to-end data strategy, governance, architecture, and enable AI capabilities at scale, partnering with executive leadership to drive pricing, monetization, and enterprise growth.

You will build and mentor a multi-disciplinary team across data engineering, data science, pricing, analytics, and governance, delivering strategic insights and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in data, AI, analytics, pricing, or revenue analytics.
• Experience leading executive-level multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical grounding in cloud data platforms and big data processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for Data Science, BI and Experimentation infrastructure and delivery.
• Lead end-to-end data strategy, governance, architecture, and scalable AI use cases.
• Partner with product, commercial and go-to-market teams to drive pricing and analytics initiatives.
• Build and mentor a multi-disciplinary organization spanning data engineering, governance, data science, pricing, and analytics.
