Bain & Company is seeking an Expert Senior Manager, Data Science for its Coro unit in the U.S. This senior, client-facing role leads data science delivery across multiple engagements, designs modeling approaches, and guides teams on analytics strategy and execution.

You will own production ML workflows, pricing analytics, and GenAI-enabled processes, collaborating with Bain partners and client executives to defend methodologies and deliver actionable insights.

Formación

• Advanced degree in quantitative field (CS/Engineering/Econometrics/Statistics)
• 8-10 years of analytics experience
• 3+ years managing data scientists
• Experience in B2B analytics/go-to-market
• Strong communication and ability to explain ML concepts to non-experts
• Proficiency in Python and SQL

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of Coro data science solutions across multiple client engagements, owning scope and methodology
• Collaborate with Bain case teams and senior client executives to translate problems into analytical approaches
• Develop and deploy production ML and analytics models for Coro solutions
• Own the analytics and delivery of Coro's pricing products, including ProfitCube
• Set standards for GenAI-enabled workflows, prompts, evaluation and output quality
• Develop Coro IP and create reusable analytics frameworks and components
• Shape roadmap with product managers to prioritize analytical features
• Support proposals and pre-sales with analytical scoping and sizing
• Lead and coach on-shore and off-shore delivery teams
• Keep abreast of new data science techniques and promote best practices across Coro
• Lead recruiting and onboarding to scale the Coro team
