Qualifications

• PhD in statistics or equivalent quantitative field (dissertation-level applied inference preferred).
• 3+ years of applied statistical modelling in commercial or product environments.
• Experience presenting methodology to senior stakeholders and defending analytical choices.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the statistical standard across Growth AI modules; ensure defensible outputs.
• Lead the hardest modelling problems using Bayesian, time-series, hierarchical, or domain-specific approaches.
• Implement estimators in Python with probabilistic programming; validate identifiability and convergence.
• Design and enforce inference and validation standards across modules.
