Job summary

Bain & Company’s Coro unit seeks an Expert Senior Manager, Data Science to lead data science delivery across multiple client engagements, set analytical approaches, and defend methodologies in client rooms.

You will own production ML and analytics, including propensity scoring, segmentation, TAM sizing, entity resolution, and data enrichment, while driving GenAI-enabled workflows and productized capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics or Information Sciences.
• 8-10 years of analytics experience and 3+ years managing data scientists.
• Shipped production, enterprise-scale data products and client-facing work.
• Experience in B2B go-to-market analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to explain ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Coro data science solutions across multiple client engagements, owning scope and pace.
• Collaborate with Bain case teams and senior client executives to translate problems into analytical approaches.
• Develop and deploy production ML models for Coro solutions (scoring, segmentation, TAM sizing).
• Own analytics and delivery of Coro’s pricing products, including ProfitCube.
• Drive GenAI-enabled analytics workflows and set quality standards for prompts and evaluation.
• Contribute to Coro intellectual property and reusable analytic frameworks.
• ShAPE roadmap with product managers and practice leadership for analytics features.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding of team members, coaching on problem solving and data science techniques.
