Bain & Company is seeking an Expert Senior Manager, Data Science within its Coro unit to lead data science delivery across multiple client engagements. Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics or Information Sciences such as business analytics or informatics.
• 8–10 years of experience in analytics.
• 3+ years of experience managing data scientists.
• Experience in B2B commercial or go-to-market analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Coro data science solutions across multiple concurrent client engagements, owning scope, methodology, quality and pace.
• Collaborate with Bain case teams, partners and senior client executives, framing commercial problems and translating them into analytical approaches and clear business recommendations.
• Develop and deploy production machine learning and analytical models.
• Own the analytics and delivery of Coro's pricing products, including ProfitCube.
• Own the technical direction for GenAI-enabled analytical workflows and set design standards for prompts and evaluation.
• Develop Coro intellectual property and scalable reusable analytics frameworks.
• Work with product managers to shape the roadmap and prioritize analytical features.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding of team members to scale Coro.
