Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking an Expert Senior Manager, Data Science, to lead Coro data science delivery across complex client engagements and to drive the analytical strategy for go-to-market initiatives. You will design modeling approaches, validate results, and guide teams delivering Coro’s analytics products, including pricing and market opportunity work.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics or Information Sciences
• MBA or PhD preferred for leadership/strategic roles
• 8–10 years of analytics experience and 3+ years managing data scientists
• Shipped production, enterprise scale data products
• Experience with B2B analytics or go-to-market insights
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Coro data science solutions across multiple client engagements, owning scope, methodology and delivery quality
• Develop and deploy production ML models for propensity, scoring, sizing and enrichment pipelines
• Own analytics for Coro's pricing products, including ProfitCube
• Guide GenAI-enabled analytical workflows and prompt design standards
• Recruit, coach and develop on-shore/off-shore delivery teams and grow the practice
