Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to partner with sales and customer stakeholders, shaping technical data platform solutions and modern architecture adoption. You will lead discovery, deliver demos and proofs of concepts, and translate business needs into practical platform recommendations.

Location: Remote (United States). Compensation ranges from $220,000 to $288,000 annually, with base and variable pay and equity options in a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in pre-sales or solutions architecture focused on data platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, and cloud data architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML capabilities in data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Present the company’s data platform vision to stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery to map customer data architecture.
• Build and deliver tailored demos and proof of concepts.
• Guide customers through modern data architecture patterns.
• Translate business problems into data platform solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to inform product roadmap based on customer insights.
