Job summary

Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation seeks a senior counsel to support privacy, data protection, and AI program goals and compliance across multiple business functions. You will report to the Chief Litigation, Employment & Privacy Counsel and collaborate with the Privacy Officer and Data Governance Director on privacy programs.

You will help develop AI and privacy policies, advise on data processing agreements, and stay current on evolving privacy laws affecting North America, South America,

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. state bar membership required.
• 8–12 years practicing attorney experience with 5–10 years in data privacy and security counseling.
• Strong knowledge of CPRA, VDCPA, HIPAA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA.
• Experience drafting negotiating AI, privacy, and security contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise Fujifilm attorneys and business teams on data privacy and protection law.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and global data protection laws in contracts and practices.
• Support privacy program enhancements and PIAs/DPIAs, vendor risk reviews, and data mapping.
• Provide governance guidance for AI, privacy and security initiatives and incident response.
