Job summary

Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation seeks a senior counsel to advance privacy, data protection, and AI program goals across multiple business functions. You will report to the Chief Litigation, Employment & Privacy Counsel and collaborate with the Privacy Officer and IS/ governance teams to ensure compliant practices across North America, South America and Europe.

The role covers policy development, DPIAs, vendor risk reviews, training, and drafting AI and data‑security agreements.

Qualifications

A JD degree and U.S. state bar membership in good standing are required.
8-12 years of experience as a practicing attorney, including 5-10 years in data privacy and security matters.
Strong knowledge of CPRA, VDCPA, HIPAA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA and related guidance.
Experience drafting/negotiating AI, privacy and security contracts and provisions.

Responsibilities

Act as SME and advisor on data privacy and protection law for Fujifilm attorneys and business teams.
Advise on U.S. and global data protection compliance, data collection, disclosures, consent forms.
Support privacy program with PIAs/DPIAs, vendor risk reviews, and data mapping.
Develop privacy training, incident response readiness, and regulatory alignment.
Draft/review AI and data security contracts, DPAs, BAA, and security agreements.
