Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Senior Data Engineer to lead the Data & Analytics Platform Engineering team. You will design, implement, and optimize Snowflake-based frameworks and data pipelines across the organization, enabling scalable data products.

You will mentor junior engineers, build robust CI/CD and REST API solutions, and collaborate with data modeling, analytics, and product teams. This hybrid role offers meaningful impact in a health care setting.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant data platform/engineering experience.
• Strong Snowflake platform experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience building data analytics platform solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and performance optimization.
• Experience CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools (GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Ability to guide junior engineers and deliver scalable Snowflake solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of technical projects and mentor junior Data Engineers.
• Architect, build, tune, and automate Snowflake-based frameworks.
• Partner with Data Modeling to design scalable warehouse layers.
• Optimize Snowflake performance and workload isolation.
• Collaborate with analytics, product, data engineering, and business teams.
• Ensure code quality, testing, documentation, and platform observability.
