Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join as a technical lead, delivering scalable Snowflake-based platforms for data and analytics teams. You will design, build, and optimize CI/CD Snowflake frameworks, enrich data products, and guide junior engineers across enterprise environments.

The role requires deep Snowflake, Python, SQL, and ELT expertise, with strong communication and strategic thinking to translate goals into execution plans.

Qualifications

• At least 7–8 years in data platform/engineering, with senior or lead-level experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with data platform solutions on Snowflake and ELT/ETL patterns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of technical projects and mentor junior data engineers.
• Architect, build, tune, and automate scalable Snowflake-based frameworks for data teams.
• Partner with Data Modeling to design scalable data models and warehouse layers.
• Optimize Snowflake performance through tuning, sizing, and isolation.
• Ensure code quality, testing, documentation, and platform observability.
