Job summary

Northeastern University is seeking a Senior Program Manager of Data & Partnerships to advance CETR's community-engaged teaching and research efforts. The role partners with faculty, staff, and community organizations to shape programs, manage operations, and drive data-informed improvements across services on and off campus.

The position emphasizes collaboration, strategic communications, and program evaluation to strengthen learning experiences and community impact at a large urban university.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 1–5 years in community engagement in higher education.
• Qualitative data methods, program evaluation, and assessment experience.
• Quantitative data methods and statistical analysis background.
• Experience managing complex databases (Airtable) and basic coding (JS/HTML/CSS).
• Project management across multiple stakeholders; budgeting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop institutional relationships with 100+ community organizations via multiple channels.
• Plan and support events to strengthen campus and community ties and align with scholarship.
• Provide administrative oversight for CETR projects and initiatives.
• Lead evaluation processes and collaborate with analytics teams on assessments.
• Oversee external communications and represent CETR at campus events.
