Job summary

This role collaborates with the Director on events, enrollment activities, and ambassador programs to support undergraduate students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 3–5 years in higher education or student affairs/services.
• Strong program and people management, including team-building and coaching.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-project leadership.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and support diverse initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages College of Engineering Tutoring Center operations and schedules.
• Implements first-year survey and tracks data on student success and impediments.
• Oversees recruitment, training, and performance of student staff (tutors, coordinators, ambassadors).
• Supports enrollment and engagement events and COE Student Activities Council (SAC) activities.
• Provides logistical and operational support for programs and events focused on retention and engagement.
