Job summary

Measured is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to own the onboarding journey for enterprise clients, translating requirements into concrete data pipelines and validated outputs. You'll lead client sessions, approve specifications, and balance model needs with practical tradeoffs.

You will work directly with marketing and data teams to ensure historical ingestion, normalization, and QA are completed end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, data onboarding, solutions consulting, or technical account management in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise clients
• 3+ years in a directly client-facing role owning technical delivery with external stakeholders
• Extensive client-facing experience - leading working sessions, spec reviews, and candid timeline conversations with enterprise stakeholders
• Consultative judgment with data requirements - know when to push back with a practical alternative
• Experience with marketing technology platforms including advertising platforms and analytics tools
• Working with data platforms, SQL, and integrations; validating outputs
• Proven ability to manage multiple onboardings concurrently

Responsibilities

• Own named workstreams within enterprise onboardings and drive go-live dates
• Build and maintain a shared delivery plan with dependencies and owners
• Surface scope, data-quality, and timeline risk with recommendations
• Act as client consultant on preparing data to meet model requirements
• Judge tradeoffs and defend calls with clear rationale
• Diagnose ingestion failures and partner with engineers/vendors
• Document mapping logic and maintain specifications
• Lead client-facing sessions and manage expectations
