Job summary

Workiva, Inc. is seeking a Senior Domain Architect, Data Management, to advise on onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Workiva solutions. You will bridge Sales, Engineering, and Customer & Partner Experience to drive long-term value with the platform.

The role engages with executives and stakeholders to design scalable data management solutions, guiding adoption and ensuring outcomes align with customer needs. Strong data engineering and API expertise are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar.
6+ years of related career experience in customer-facing roles, preferably Technical Customer Success, Solution Architecture, or Consulting.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to understand business needs, data requirements, and outcomes with Workiva solutions.
Partner with pre-sales to transition from sales to implementation services engagements and beyond.
Engage with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams for cohesive onboarding and implementation.
Analyze customer needs and recommend optimal use of Workiva's Data Management Suite for scalable solutions.
Define tasks, contribute to project plans, and monitor progress with consulting delivery teams.
Review data integration workflows between customer systems and the Workiva platform.
Develop data queries and reporting solutions, mentoring stakeholders on best practices.
Conduct knowledge sharing sessions to enable self-sufficiency and ongoing success.
Create documentation for deployed solutions, configurations, and best practices.
Gather feedback and share insights with Product Development and Product Management.
Drive customer and partner success by fostering adoption and overall health.
Collaborate with teams to define outcomes and demonstrate value realized by customers and partners.
Document data management features for internal and external reference.
Monitor customer environments and stay informed about the product roadmap to provide guidance.
