Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Delivery Architect to lead onboarding and data health for key customers, embedding the company into client data stacks and delivering AI-enabled integrations. Youll collaborate with GTM teams and diverse clients to roll out product analytics, drive architectural guidance, and ensure successful, on-time onboarding across the data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with data querying, modeling, and transforming in at least one core tool (SQL/dbt/Python/BI tools).
• Familiar with databases and cloud data warehouses (GCP/Redshift/Azure).
• Experience with product analytics implementation methods (SDKs, CDPs, Event Streaming, Reverse ETL).

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value clients, including data quality improvements and tech stack integration.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to define business goals and metrics guiding data architecture and project outcomes.
• Work with clients’ engineering, product, and marketing teams to handle technical onboarding and deployment improvements.
• Deliver data architecture consultations and adoption/change management best practices.
• Create scalable data governance and data trust through optimization and re-implementation projects.
• Balance project timelines and scope, handling unanticipated issues responsibly.
• Collaborate with technical and solutions partners on data optimization and onboarding projects.
• Act as a technical sponsor for internal product and engineering prioritization based on client needs.
• Build AI automations to help customers manage their data at scale.
• Consult on integrating clients’ agentic workflows with the company's data.
