Job summary

CapTech seeks a senior data/solutions leader to drive analytics strategy and data platform delivery for enterprise clients. You will guide data management, governance, and integration programs while partnering with client executives and CapTech teams to shape outcomes.

You will mentor consultants, steer architectural choices, and help scale delivery across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring value delivery and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 14+ years leading large technical teams and projects.
• 10+ years implementing on-premises and cloud data management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with technical and consulting teams.
• Provide data and analytics leadership, governance, and strategy.
• Evaluate data architectures and drive modern data stack choices.
• Articulate architectural trade-offs and ensure client requirements met.
• Mentor and coach team members to grow capabilities.
• Collaborate with portfolio teams to scope work and plan staffing.
• Support delivery in fast-paced environments across client sites.
