Harbor is seeking a Data Migration and Integration Consultant to drive data migration and integration initiatives across SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and Oracle HCM. The role focuses on moving messy legacy data to clean, go-live loads and on designing robust interfaces for long-term sustainability.

You will work remotely from the UK with travel to client sites as needed, engaging with HR and business stakeholders to translate complex data tasks into clear requirements and plans.

Qualifications

• Proven data migration experience into SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM across multiple full lifecycle projects.
• Integration design and technical delivery experience, including producing specifications and building and testing interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tooling and confident handling large, imperfect datasets.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll data structures and accuracy at cutover.
• Experience running reconciliation and validation across test cycles and production loads.
• Clear communicator able to work with technical teams and HR stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver data migration workstreams into SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM, from strategy to go live and hypercare.
• Define migration approaches, data object scoping, load sequencing, cutover plans and rollback positions.
• Profile legacy data quality and agree cleansing ownership with the client.
• Design and maintain mapping and transformation rules between legacy sources and target structures.
• Build, execute and reconcile data loads across multiple test cycles and production cutover.
• Produce validation reporting to ensure migrated data accuracy and completeness.
