Harbor is seeking a data migration lead to drive end-to-end migration workstreams into SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM. You will guide planning, design, development, testing, and go-live activities, collaborating with HR, IT, and vendor teams.

• Proven data migration experience across multiple full lifecycle projects in at least one major HCM platform.
• Hands-on ETL experience and strong understanding of HR and payroll data structures.
• Clear communicator able to work with both technical teams and HR stakeholders.

• Lead and deliver data migration workstreams into SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM, from planning to go live.
• Gather integration requirements, produce designs, and build/test interfaces using platform-native tools and middleware.
