Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior HCM Integration Consultant (SuccessFactors) for a leading enterprise client. The 12-month contract will be fully remote on EST core hours, focusing on designing, implementing, and supporting complex HCM integrations across SAP, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, Snowflake, and multiple third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly related HCM integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Dayforce integrations.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration tools, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with XML imports/exports.
• Experience integrating HCM systems with payroll, benefits, financial, and third-party vendor platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCM integration implementations and configuration activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and support integrations between HCM platforms and connected systems.
• Build and maintain API and XML-based integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate data flow.
• Support data migration, system synchronization, and interface enhancements.
