Harbor is seeking an experienced HR Workday Transformation Consultant to advise US clients on HR transformation and Workday. You will lead conversations, shape engagements and help win new work, with a focus on Workday advisory, system selection and change delivery for HR and payroll functions across the US.

The role is remote within the US, with preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone near major metros.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in HR transformation or HR technology, with strong Workday experience
• Hands-on involvement in two or more Workday HCM implementations as lead or advisory partner
• Knowledge of Workday HCM and its payroll/finance integrations
• Experience with HCM system selection and SI procurement
• Proven ability to design and deliver Workday training to HR teams
• Understanding of US HR and multi-state payroll and benefits administration
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership presence
• Experience in professional services firms, especially law firms, a plus
• Workday certification in HCM/Payroll/Recruiting or related
• Knowledge of external payroll providers like ADP
• Experience with global or cross-border programs

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and current-state reviews of HR, payroll and people processes with costed options for change
• Build business cases for HR technology investments including benefits, costs, risks and timelines
• Design target operating models for HR and HRIS teams with governance and delivery models
• Advise senior stakeholders on transformation strategy and priorities
• Run Workday HCM system selection exercises and manage SI procurement
• Plan and manage engagements to time, budget and quality with clear reporting
• Deliver Workday training to HR teams, in person and online, with clear materials
• Develop client deliverables including reports, presentations and operating model designs
• Support data migration, testing, change management and training workstreams
• Identify opportunities, shape proposals and contribute to practice growth
