Harbor is seeking a data migration lead to drive end-to-end migration workstreams into SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM. You will guide planning, design, development, testing, and go-live activities, collaborating with HR, IT, and vendor teams.

Candidates bring hands-on ETL experience, deep HR/payroll data knowledge, and proven ability to communicate with both technical and HR stakeholders. You will automate validation checks, ensure data quality, and deliver scalable solutions for
