Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, HR, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of data analysis, HRIS, HR Operations, or related technical support experience.
• Strong data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and migration skills.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in Python or PowerShell for automation.
• Experience building/analyzing Oracle HCM Extracts, BIP, RTF, OTBI.
• Experience with HCM to ADP integrations via Celergo and GlobalView.
• Residence in the continental United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assist with integration build, testing, analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Document integration processes, data mapping, and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot HDL load errors and perform root cause analysis.
• Support data conversion, migration, and testing activities.
• Leverage MS Access to monitor conversions and integrations.
• Create and update technical documents, SOPs, data flow diagrams, and data migration materials.
• Provide general data and technical support to HCM Operations and HR Systems teams.
