Job summary

Pendo is seeking a Sr. PSE Consultant to join the Professional Services team, based in Raleigh, San Francisco, or remote.

You will design engagements, write production-grade code for integrations, and guide customers through data architecture and transformation projects to achieve measurable outcomes. You’ll lead multiple complex initiatives, build reusable patterns, and mentor others while collaborating with Account Directors and Customer Engineers to scope opportunities and deliver value at

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS with hands-on coding.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python or Node.js for production backend code.
• Deep experience with APIs, data pipelines, ETL, and data modeling.
• SQL proficiency and data modeling expertise.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into business value for stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical transformation initiatives and data infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Engagement design and scoping with Account Directors and Customer Engineers.
• Design and build technical integrations and data solutions; write production code and ETL pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end technical projects including data engineering and system integration.
• Advise on data architecture, integration patterns, and long-term strategy.
• Create reusable code libraries and patterns; mentor consultants.
• Identify patterns and share field intelligence with Product and cross-functional teams.
