Job summary

Pendo.io is seeking a Sr. PSE to design and scope complex customer engagements within its Professional Services team. You will craft technically sound Statements of Work, build custom integrations, and drive end-to-end delivery across data pipelines, ETL, and AI/ML use cases.

You will lead with architectural guidance, collaborate with Account Directors and Customer Engineers, and mentor peers to raise the team’s capability, embracing AI as a multiplier in daily work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on coding and integrations in a customer-facing, B2B SaaS setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and scope engagements with customers and write Statements of Work.
• Design custom integrations and data solutions, build APIs, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects and mentor team members.
• Advise on data architecture, integration patterns, and analytics strategy.
• Create reusable code libraries and patterns to scale the PS team.
• Share field intelligence with Product and cross-functional teams to shape offering.
