LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Integration Analyst to lead enterprise data integration across the Enterprise Data Platform.

You will define source-to-target mappings, drive data transformation requirements, and provide architectural direction for Silver Medallion layer design principles. You will own governance of metadata, data quality, and data lineage, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver trusted, scalable data products aligned with enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a data-related field.
• 8+ years of data analysis experience, including healthcare data analysis.
• Proficient SQL and ability to query Snowflake for identity issues and data validation.
• Experience defining data quality rules and governance.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security in identity data handling.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise data analysis initiatives across multiple source systems to standardize data assets.
• Own source-to-target mappings for Silver Medallion layer data domains including NPI, taxonomy, licensure, credentialing.
• Govern metadata, data lineage, data quality standards and documentation to enable data transparency.
• Oversee issue management, remediation guidance, and validation across data governance initiatives.
