Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Senior MDM Data Steward to lead enterprise master data stewardship for patient and provider domains.

You will drive identity resolution, establish governance standards, and ensure data quality across the Snowflake Horizon Catalog and related systems. The role emphasizes collaboration with data owners and governance teams, ownership of survivorship rules, and proactive remediation of data quality defects to support analytics, regulatory reporting, and clinical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, Data Analytics or related field.
7+ years in healthcare data stewardship, HIM, patient/provider data, or MDM operations.
Experience with an enterprise EMPI/MDM platform and match rules.
Verato experience strongly preferred; other platforms acceptable.
Knowledge of provider data: NPI, taxonomy, licensure, credentialing, locations.
Proficient SQL and Snowflake knowledge; HIPAA compliant mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise MDM stewardship operations including adjudicating complex identity resolution scenarios.
Govern provider and patient master data, enforce standards, and manage survivorship rules.
Oversee data quality, issue management, and governance across Snowflake Silver layer.
Collaborate with Data Architecture to calibrate match thresholds and improve auto-match rates.
Document standards, decisions, and audit trails for compliance and governance.
