Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Data Governance to lead governance operations across our data platform, drive data stewardship and metadata governance, and enable AI-ready data understanding.

You will guide teams, collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, and business units, and help shape governance policies while balancing regulatory needs with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Data Management, or related technical field, and 5+ years in data governance operations, 3+ years of people management experience leading technical and/or business-facing teams, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise data governance operations for the Cambia Data Platform, including data stewardship, data quality, metadata management, data classification, and semantic layer governance.
• Develop, implement, and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partner with data domain leaders to mature governance across the enterprise and build a strong data stewardship community.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance governance efficiency and establish KPI tracking.
• Directly manage team members—FTEs and contractors—through evaluations, coaching and development.
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy and business units to ensure governance supports objectives.
