Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Manager of Enterprise Data Governance to lead governance operations for the Cambia Data Platform, shaping policies and stewardship across the enterprise. You will guide both business-facing and technical teams, ensuring data quality and AI readiness while balancing regulatory compliance and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 5+ years in data governance operations and 3+ years in people management.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake), governance platforms, and data catalogs.
• Ability to develop data governance policies and standards for AI-ready data.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise data governance operations for Cambia Data Platform.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards with compliance.
• Partner with data domain leaders to advance governance maturity across the enterprise.
• Identify process improvements to boost governance efficiency.
• Directly manage FTE and contractor team members.
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units.
• Develop and execute strategic governance plans balancing operations and initiatives.
• Oversee quality, lineage, and metadata governance to create trusted data assets.
