Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Data Governance to lead governance operations for the Cambia Data Platform and ensure AI-ready data foundations. The role oversees stewardship, metadata, quality, and policy development while coordinating across IT, security, and business units.

You will manage both FTE and contractor resources, drive governance maturity, and balance regulatory compliance with strategic initiatives in a hybrid office model across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field with 5+ years in data governance operations.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical/business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data governance operations for Cambia Data Platform, including stewardship, quality, metadata, and semantic layer governance.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure AI-ready data.
• Partner with data domain leaders to advance governance maturity and build a strong stewardship community.
• Identify process improvements, track KPIs, and balance operational with strategic initiatives.
• Directly manage FTE and contractor resources, coaching and development.
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units to align objectives.
• Contribute hands-on to governance activities and deliverables as needed.
