Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Manager, Enterprise Data Governance to lead enterprise-wide governance for the Cambia Data Platform, driving data stewardship, metadata management, data quality, and semantic layer governance to enable AI-ready data understanding and business value.

You will lead a team (FTE and contractors), collaborating across IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units to shape governance strategy while balancing regulatory needs with operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Data Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in data governance operations and 3+ years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise data governance operations for the Cambia Data Platform.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards.
• Partner with data domain leaders to advance governance maturity.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Directly manage team members including FTE and contractors.
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for enterprise data governance and Cambia Data Platform governance.
