Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Manager, Enterprise Data Governance to lead enterprise-wide governance for the Cambia Data Platform, guiding data stewardship, quality, metadata, classification, and semantic governance to enable AI-ready data understanding.

You will mentor and lead teams, collaborate with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units, and drive governance maturity in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in data governance operations
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical and/or business-facing teams
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise data governance operations for the Cambia Data Platform
• Develop, implement, and enforce data governance policies and standards
• Partner with data domain leaders to advance governance maturity
• Identify and implement process improvements and track governance KPIs
• Directly manage FTE and contractor resources and coach staff
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units
• Develop and execute strategic plans balancing operational demands with initiatives
• Oversee data governance activities supporting data quality, lineage, and metadata
