Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Manager, Enterprise Data Governance to lead enterprise-wide governance for the Cambia Data Platform, driving data stewardship, quality, metadata, and semantic governance to enable AI-ready data understanding.

You will lead teams, partner with data domain leaders, and ensure compliance while balancing strategic initiatives with operational demands in a dynamic health-care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, Data Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in data governance operations, 3+ years of people management experience leading technical and/or business-facing teams.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise data governance operations for the Cambia Data Platform, including data stewardship, quality, metadata, classification, and semantic layer governance to enable AI-ready data understanding.
• Develop, implement, and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Partner with data domain leaders to advance governance maturity across the enterprise and build a strong data stewardship community.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance governance efficiency and establish KPIs for governance operations.
