Cambia Health Solutions seeks an experienced Manager, Enterprise Data Governance to lead enterprise-wide governance and data platform governance, driving stewardship, metadata, quality, and semantic governance to enable AI-ready data understanding.

The role requires strong leadership of both FTE and contractor resources, collaboration with IT, Security, Compliance, and business units, and a focus on policy development and operational excellence in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years in data governance operations, plus 3+ years of people management.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake) and governance tools; ability to develop and implement data governance policies.
• Ability to lead both FTE and contractor resources and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage enterprise data governance operations for the Cambia Data Platform, including data stewardship, metadata management, data quality, and data classification.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partner with data domain leaders to mature governance across the enterprise and build a data stewardship community.
• Identify and implement process improvements; establish and track KPIs for governance operations.
• Directly manage team members (FTE and contractors) with performance evaluations and development support.
• Build relationships with IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and business units to align data governance with objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic plans balancing operations with initiatives; contribute hands-on as needed.
• Oversee data quality, lineage, and metadata management to create trusted data assets.
