CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director of Data Engineering to guide the data engineering strategy powering its Retail analytics ecosystem. This senior leader will supervise a large, multidisciplinary team building enterprise data platforms, AI products, and cloud-based data solutions for Retail Pharmacy, Front Store, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Marketing.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or related tech disciplines.
- 7+ years leading large engineering organisations and multiple leadership layers.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms and cloud-native solutions.
- Deep expertise in data pipelines, distributed processing, governance, and reliability.
- Experience partnering with Analytics, Data Science, Product, and business units.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data engineering strategy for CVS Health Retail analytics.
- Lead a large, multi-disciplinary engineering org focused on data platforms and AI products.
- Partner with Data Science, Product, Analytics, Architecture and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.
