Qualifications

15+ years in Software Engineering or related technology disciplines.
7+ years leading large engineering organizations across multiple levels.
Hands-on software engineering background with end-to-end product delivery.
Strong grasp of system design, performance optimization, and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead, grow, and mentor a large engineering organization with strong managers and senior ICs.
Engage in architecture reviews and code reviews for critical systems to reduce latency.
Partner with Data Science, Product, Analytics, and Architecture teams to translate priorities.
Define and execute the engineering roadmap for enterprise analytics platforms.
