CVS Health is seeking an accomplished Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics to shape strategy and drive executive-level initiatives. You will lead performance reporting, financial planning, and workforce management while delivering AI-powered data products.

You will own the product lifecycle for analytics platforms, partner with data engineers/scientists, and align stakeholders to maximize business impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Management, Strategic Planning or related roles.
• 8+ years leveraging data analytics and financial modeling.
• 7+ years of product management leading data/AI-driven products.
• 6+ years solving complex business problems with strategic/execution impact.
• 6+ years influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics or related field.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years leading initiatives from concept to execution with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GA leadership to drive strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Support financial planning, workforce planning, headcount management, and reviews.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture with engagement programs.
• Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap for Growth Analytics data, analytics, and AI products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics/AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable products and insights.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor performance to drive ROI.
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as trusted advisor translating goals into actionable plans for GA leadership.
