- 5+ years leading large-scale engineering organizations.
- Built and scaled systems serving tens of thousands of users.
- Deep experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven AI platform ownership with production deployments.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical strategy across a 50-150+ engineer multi-team organization, setting standards and elevating work.
- Embed LLMs, generative AI, agentic workflows, and ML-powered automation into the engineering lifecycle as production-grade differentiators.
- Own delivery at velocity and be accountable for outcomes, not just roadmaps.
- Partner at the executive level with Product, Data Engineers, and healthcare business leaders to translate strategy into engineering bets.
- Be the technical voice in the room, calling out debt and advocating for the right engineering investments.
