Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Strategic Initiatives, Data Science & Product Management - Growth Analytics to shape strategy, drive executive-level reporting, and lead data/AI product development. You will own the vision and roadmap, partner with analytics teams, and deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and executive presence with a focus on data-driven decision making and collaboration

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Management or Strategic Planning with executive-facing work.
• 8+ years using data analytics and financial modeling to inform decisions.
• 7+ years in product management of data/AI products in an enterprise environment.
• 4+ years navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth Analytics leadership to drive strategic initiatives and executive communications.
• Develop executive-facing scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Support business management activities including financial planning and modeling, workforce planning, and headcount management.
• Foster a high-performing Growth Analytics culture through organizational initiatives and change management.
• Define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for Growth Analytics data, analytics, and AI-powered products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for analytics and AI-driven solutions from discovery to adoption and impact.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable insights.
• Establish product success metrics and monitor performance, ROI and outcomes.
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GA leadership translating goals into actionable plans.
