Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director, Data Engineering to define and execute the data engineering strategy powering our Retail analytics ecosystem. You will lead a large, multi-disciplinary team designing and scaling enterprise data platforms and AI-enabled data solutions across Retail Pharmacy, Front Store, Supply Chain, and Marketing.

Qualifications
- 15+ years in Data/Analytics Engineering or related technology disciplines.
- 7+ years leading large engineering organizations.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data engineering strategy powering CVS Health's Retail analytics ecosystem.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering organization building enterprise data platforms, AI products, and engineering capabilities.
- Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Product, Analytics, Architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud-based data solutions.
- Drive engineering excellence, platform modernization, and operational rigor while aligning with enterprise technology strategy.
- Ensure reliable, scalable data infrastructure to accelerate insight generation and AI-driven decision-making.
