Job summary

Huxley in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Associate on the Data Products team to own and enhance data products supporting finance, operations, and investments. You will work in a modern cloud data environment to build scalable data solutions, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week).

The role offers compensation ranging from $115k to $150k plus bonus and benefits, and requires 6+ years in data engineering or related fields with Snowflake, AWS, Python, SQL, and data governance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Deep expertise with Snowflake and enterprise data warehousing platforms.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and Python development experience.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
• Familiarity with dbt and modern data architecture best practices.
• Knowledge of data governance
• Experience working within AWS cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data ingestion, modeling, and delivery for business-critical datasets.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products.
• Develop and enforce data quality, lineage, certification, and governance frameworks.
• Manage platform reliability, monitoring, alerting, and incident resolution.
• Administer cloud data platform infrastructure, security, access controls, and cost optimization.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD processes for data platforms.
