Qualifications

• 5 years of client-facing, direct customer support and service, data center, or related field experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience
• Associate Degree in CS/IT/Data Center Operations or related field with 3 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities for others to work with servers and server components to ensure efficient lifecycle performance.
• Guides and coaches less experienced technicians on hardware replacement without disturbing critical infrastructure.
• Validates cabling and network connectivity, ensuring devices are connected and error-free.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environment, mentoring technicians and implementing technical solutions within SLAs.
