Qualifications

• 5 years of client-facing, direct customer support and service, data center, or related field experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent AND 4 years of related experience.
• Associate Degree in CS, IT, Data Center Operations or related field AND 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities to replace or upgrade server components.
• Validates cabling and network environment build and connectivity.
• Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environment; mentors others.
• Trains fix and repair techniques aligned with SOPs and MOPs.
• Acts as technical liaison to identify and resolve resiliency and availability risks.
