Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT Hardware Concepts (RAID, Linux/Unix, CLI).
• 2+ years of Data Center Experience; 1 year of development.
• Experience in Structured Cabling Copper/Fiber testing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and replace/upgrade server components.
• Validate cabling and monitor network connectivity.
• Train staff on advanced fix and repair techniques.

Skills

Knowledge of server/storage/network hardware systems

Excellent time management skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good computer skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Able to climb a 9 ft ladder

Experience with mainstream ticketing systems
