Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience servicing complex X86 systems and components.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Customer Support.
• Strong hardware diagnostics and knowledge of BIOS, drivers, and software loads.

Responsibilities

• Perform rack elevations and cable mapping for data center installations.
• Assist deployment of server, storage, and networking equipment.
• Conduct physical install, rack/stack, cabling, and testing.
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure proper hardware deployment per specs.
• Provide frontline technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites for installations or troubleshooting.
