Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience supporting large enterprise customers.
• Industry background in data center infrastructure, HVAC, thermodynamics, hydronic systems, or related technical environments.
• Proven track record of growing business greater than 30% year over year.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall account management to existing customers within strategic accounts.
• Penetrates management hierarchy to develop relationships at highest levels.
• Identifies client needs and collaborates with engineering to develop solutions.
• Prospects new customers and targets prospects using market research.
• Utilizes CRM tools to evaluate and determine sales opportunities.
• Prepares business reviews, value propositions, and technical proposals for executives.
• Coordinates with Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Educates customers and consultants on product advantages and outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
